The Hollister Alignment
If Hollister alignment is used, cuff migration is minimal. Note: following instructions are approximate.

• Find medial joint space - mark 20mm to 25 mm proximal (depending on size)
• Measure AP (sub patella) - mark 60% toward posterior
• Flex/ext. axis now extends posterior 3.2 - 4 degrees and proximal 3.2 - 4 degrees from this point
• This is a double oblique angle, located superior and posterior to the joint space centre
